SHIPPING DISCLAIMER AND DELIVERY
Sir Calaveri Clothing will ship orders out in a 2-3 business days. Products with longer lead time will be noted in the item description.
The shipment will be done by certificated postal service to guarantee the reception of the order.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order.
You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it, and another email when the order will be shipped. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it.
Sir Calaveri can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We do ship internationally. International Shipments can take diferent delivery times depending on the country of the customer.
The customer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges,etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you are ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be. Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
